Application to Exhibit / Sponsor at NCUCA

In compliance with our Mission Statement, “to be the premier credit union industry organization providing information on up to date credit union related issues,” all potential exhibitor sponsors are required to complete an application below for consideration to exhibit also known as sponsorship exhibitor at the conference. Please note that we limit the number of sponsor exhibitors and admission is based on Board approval. The Board is reviewing all requests for attendance to be sure we have vetted our business partners and to provide a good variety and balance of sponsor exhibitors in relation to credit union attendance base and venue space ratios. The conference no longer has basic general exhibiting or vendor floor passes due to attendance ratios and balancing. All sponsorship options depicted on the website are based on availability and subject to approval by the committee. Submission of this form is no guarantee to attendance. Nor will speaking engagements provide priority in sponsorship application process.

Subsequent to your application and Vendor Committee of the NCUCA board review, you will be contacted by our conference committee with confirmation of approval or denial to sponsor/exhibit. If approved, you will be contacted by a Vendor Committee board member, with specific payment link instructions for payment unique to your organization. After confirmation of payment success through the provided payment portal and signature of vendor agreement through docusign, you will be routed to our Event Management Company, Elevated Meeting Solutions, who will take care of all of your post registration and custom NCUCA service needs unique to your sponsorship level to allow for your organization to be well prepared for exhibiting. Elevated will be your conference contact from that point forward.
