has negotiated a larger Thursday-night room block so you can finish the program, collect your certificate after the final session, and travel home Friday, April 2, before the weekend. Include Thursday night when booking and confirm availability and the applicable rate with Bellagio. The room block will sell out so ensure you book your room as soon as you know you are attending.
Convenient access is one of the reasons NCUCA holds its conference at Bellagio. In our experience, the guest-room-to-conference layout offers a more intimate, boutique-style conference experience than many large Las Vegas resort settings, with an easy-to-navigate five minute route to the meeting space. From rooms in the tower serving the conference area for closest access, attendees can use a smoke-free route without walking through the casino.
When booking, ask Bellagio Reservations to place you in the same tower as the NCUCA conference area (Grand Ballroom) to minimize walking. Confirm the 2027 meeting location (Grand Ballroom) on our website under conference resources page, the appropriate tower, and the route before finalizing your room selection; rooms in another tower can mean a longer walk. Tell the hotel if proximity to the conference space is important to your mobility needs.
This layout was particularly valuable during NCUCA’s COVID-era conferences, when it helped us manage attendee flow and avoid bottlenecks between guest rooms and the conference area.
Yes. Bellagio offers wheelchair and motorized mobility scooter rentals through its Bell Desk. Contact the hotel before arrival to discuss your needs and confirm availability, rental terms, and arrangements. A mobility scooter, together with a room in the tower serving the conference area, can make getting to sessions and networking events more comfortable. Ask hotel staff to show you the accessible, casino-free route to the meeting space.
Yes. You can charge eligible purchases at participating restaurants and outlets at other MGM resorts in Las Vegas to your Bellagio room. This makes it convenient to explore dining and entertainment beyond the conference hotel while keeping eligible charges on your hotel bill. Tell the outlet you are staying at Bellagio and confirm that it accepts room charges before ordering or purchasing; participation varies by outlet.
If you are a registered Bellagio guest and self-parking is charged to your room account, your room key provides access to other participating MGM Resorts self-parking facilities in Las Vegas during your stay without an additional parking charge. Have Bellagio link your parking to your room at check-in and use your room key at the gates. Valet has separate terms: paid hotel-guest valet privileges extend to other MGM resort valet locations, subject to availability. Confirm the rules for your parking type at check-in. Yes. The complimentary ARIA Express tram connects the Bellagio/Vdara area with ARIA, The Shops at Crystals, and Park MGM. It provides convenient access to three other hotels—Vdara, ARIA, and Park MGM—using the tram stops and connecting walkways. Vdara is accessed from the Bellagio-area stop rather than a separate stop.
The tram runs regularly during the day and into the night, making nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment easy to explore without driving. Published standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to midnight daily; temporary schedules may run later. Check the posted hours or ask the concierge for the schedule during your 2027 stay. The vendor brunch brings credit union management and senior management attendees together with approved vendors for conversation, direct contact, and vendor giveaway announcements. Giveaways are a key part of the event, giving attendees another reason to engage with vendors while exploring solutions and building professional relationships. Make time for the brunch to meet the people behind the products and connect with credit union decision-makers.
Yes.
Topgolf is offered free to credit union attendees, but separate event registration is required to reserve your place. Conference registration alone does not reserve a Topgolf spot. Complete the Topgolf registration even when taking advantage of the complimentary offer.
Yes. We encourage everyone attending Topgolf to arrive Monday, March 29, 2027, and check in to the hotel that day. On Tuesday, March 30, the pre-conference outing and luncheon take place at Topgolf Las Vegas at MGM Grand, with balls in the air at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Unless you are local, same-day travel can make it difficult to arrive on time. A Monday arrival lets you settle in and be ready for the noon start and networking with fellow credit union management and senior management decision-makers.
Include the preceding night when making your Bellagio reservation, and confirm availability and the rate for that night. The free offer covers the credit union Topgolf event; your hotel stay is booked and paid for separately. See Bellagio Hotel Information for the official booking methods.
Three NCUCA shuttles will pick up attendees every 15 minutes beginning at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2027. Pickup is in Bellagio’s downstairs rideshare/Uber area, where buses can pull up—not at the hotel’s front entrance.
If you need directions, ask the Bell Desk staff outside the front lobby. They will direct you to the escalators leading down to the rideshare pickup area. If you need an elevator or an accessible route, ask the staff for assistance. Head to the pickup area early so you are ready for the Topgolf luncheon and balls-in-the-air start at 12:00 p.m. (noon).

Attendees typically select three discussion topics from a broad menu of industry-focused roundtables.
Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes, allowing participants to engage in three separate discussions over a 90-minute period.

Roundtables give management and senior management attendees an opportunity to compare approaches directly with fellow decision-makers, share practical experience, and bring useful ideas back to their credit unions.
Your credit union’s core processing system is displayed on your conference badge, making it easier to identify peers who use the same or a similar system. Use that connection to compare operational approaches, exchange best practices, and build relationships with fellow decision-makers whose technology environment is familiar.
Speaker Opportunities
Yes.
NCUCA welcomes educational proposals from industry professionals. Almost all speakers must purchase the appropriate conference ticket. The standard process is to purchase before submitting a proposal; if you prefer to wait, you may submit for review and purchase after your speaking engagement is approved. See the registration requirements below. Submit proposals through the Contact page on NCUCA.com or contact@ncuca.com with the subject “2027 Speaker or Roundtable Proposal.”
Your proposal must include:
- Professional headshot
- Professional biography
- Session title
- Session description
Include your name, organization, and contact information.
Indicate whether you are proposing a general session or roundtable and disclose any commercial interest in your participation. The NCUCA Board reviews topics for educational value and relevance, considers how proposals complement one another, and arranges the agenda to create a coherent flow for attendees. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee that a proposal will be accepted.
There are only eight general-session speaking slots. Opportunities to lead a roundtable are therefore more likely than general-session placements, although neither is guaranteed. Do not purchase a ticket solely in anticipation of speaking if your topic has not been approved by the NCUCA Board. If speaking approval is important to your decision, you may wait to purchase until your engagement is approved.
Advance content allows NCUCA to market sessions, help attendees understand what they will learn, and coordinate the overall program. All proposed speakers and roundtable facilitators must provide the required headshot, biography, session title, and description. Approved stage speakers should coordinate presentation content and submission timing with Sepideh Eivazi. Roundtable facilitators provide their topic and description but do not need to submit PowerPoint presentations.
NCUCA holds sound checks the day before conference sessions begin, before the welcome reception. These checks give stage speakers time to become familiar with the program and space, test their microphones and presentation setup, and feel comfortable and well prepared. Coordinate your sound-check time and any presentation-material requirements with Sepideh Eivazi at Elevated Meeting Solutions.
Sepideh can help speakers become acquainted with the space, locate the green room, and understand how to access the stage from back of house. No. Roundtable facilitators do not use microphones, access the stage, or need to provide PowerPoint presentations in advance. They are comfortably located within the expo area during the roundtable segment. Prepare to guide an interactive discussion and share practical experience with credit union management and senior management attendees; stage-speaker sound checks and green-room arrangements do not apply.

Speaking at NCUCA is considered a volunteer educational opportunity. NCUCA does not pay speakers.
No.
All presentations must remain educational in nature. Product demonstrations, sales presentations, and promotional pitches are not permitted during educational sessions.
Yes. Almost all speakers must purchase the appropriate conference ticket, normally before submitting a proposal. Speakers who prefer to wait may purchase after their speaking engagement is approved, but must complete registration before speaking. Vendors must also follow the Vendor Committee approval process. Neither a ticket purchase nor a sponsorship guarantees a speaking engagement.
The only ticket exception is a speaker with no commercial or promotional purpose at the conference, including no intention to directly or indirectly share their company’s products or services during networking. Contact NCUCA to confirm that this exception applies. Giving an educational presentation does not exempt a speaker who also intends to promote their company or generate business.
Vendor & Sponsor Information

All vendors must receive approval from the NCUCA Vendor Committee before registering. Participation is limited and selected to maintain quality and a balanced range of services. Submit your interest early; approval is not guaranteed.
NCUCA gives approved vendors direct access to an exclusively management and senior management credit union audience. You will network with decision-makers who guide strategy, evaluate solutions, and lead teams in:

For 2027, booth-placement priority is determined first by the tier within your selected package and then by the order tickets are purchased within that tier. Purchasing early puts you ahead of later purchasers in the same tier. A higher-tier purchase takes priority over a lower-tier purchase; submitting an interest form alone does not establish booth priority.
Regular NCUCA vendors can contact Alice or NCUCA about early access to available packages and pricing. After committee approval, NCUCA can provide a manual invoice to avoid the PayPal fees associated with website registration. Complete your purchase early to establish your place within your tier.
Plan your giveaway participation as an important part of the vendor brunch. Giveaway announcements create opportunities to introduce your company, start meaningful conversations, and make direct connections with the credit union managers and senior leaders attending the conference. Use that time to learn about their priorities and build relationships for continued conversations after the event. Coordinate giveaway announcements and event arrangements with the event team before the brunch.
Yes. Vendors looking to make a memorable impression or establish a strong brand presence can work with NCUCA’s meeting and events partner, Elevated Meeting Solutions, to craft a VIP experience for conference attendees. A rented conference room can be arranged as a conveniently accessible VIP lounge, offering a quieter, more intimate setting for product demonstrations and in-depth conversations with credit union management and senior management decision-makers.
Elevated Meeting Solutions will share conference room rental pricing and available options and help coordinate your plans. Product demonstrations belong in these dedicated vendor experiences; the requirement that educational sessions remain free of sales presentations still applies.
Elevated Meeting Solutions will coordinate room rental options and pricing. Special food and beverage requests, projection, and other audiovisual needs can be managed through Elevated Meeting Solutions and Bellagio, with NCUCA passing the costs through to the vendor. All payments are due before arrival. Discuss your desired experience and requirements early so the team can develop the appropriate arrangements.

Shared booths are not permitted. Each exhibiting company must maintain its own approved exhibit presence.
No.
Speaker selection is based solely on educational value and program fit. Sponsorship does not guarantee a presentation opportunity.
All vendors are required to submit applicable branding and marketing assets for their package. Complete requirements and specifications are provided in the Vendor Marketing & Branding Requirements document and are also included with your vendor package purchase.
Assets must be received before applicable print and production deadlines. Submitting materials early provides the greatest opportunity for inclusion in conference marketing and increased brand exposure.
Conference Policies
All attendees must agree to the official 2027 Cancellation Policy during registration. Cancellation terms differ by attendee type and optional event.
The following terms apply:
- Credit union attendees: The early-bird policy provides for a $250 nonrefundable commitment and administrative fee before October 31, 2026. Review the full 2027 Cancellation Policy for applicable refund terms and deadlines.
- Vendors and sponsors: The 2027 policy states a $500 cancellation fee per vendor attendee. No refunds are available for cancellations after January 10, 2027. Review the policy and your vendor agreement for the full terms.
- Vendor Topgolf registrations are nonrefundable, and replacement restrictions apply.
- Optional events have separate cancellation, replacement, and no-show terms. A conference registration change does not automatically transfer an optional-event booking.
Conference registration cancellations do not automatically cancel hotel reservations.
Credit union attendees may substitute someone from the same credit union at no charge through March 24, 2027, with advance notice and a reservation for the replacement attendee in the NCUCA Bellagio room block. Later substitutions incur a $100 processing fee. Submit the attendee exchange form on NCUCA.com.
Vendor and optional-event replacements follow their separate policy requirements. Contact NCUCA in advance through the Contact page or contact@ncuca.com to arrange a replacement. Last-minute Topgolf substitutions are restricted.
Attendee Experience
Yes.
Scheduled conference meals and select networking events are included with registration. We accommodate all diets and provide food choices to suit all diets by default. You are also welcome to indicate your dietary preferences when registering. Please review the conference agenda for meal and event details.
Some presentation materials may be shared after the conference, subject to speaker approval. Availability may vary.
To receive an NCUCA certificate of attendance, you must be actively engaged and present at all educational sessions and NCUCA-hosted conference events, including the welcome reception and vendor brunch. Networking and educational participation together form the conference experience required for the certificate.
Certificates are distributed on the final day, Thursday, April 1, 2027, after the last session. You must be present to collect your own certificate. No one may pick up a certificate on your behalf. Plan your departure so you can attend the full program and collect your certificate in person.
The certificate documents conference attendance. If you need continuing education credit, contact NCUCA before registering to confirm whether the conference meets your specific requirements.
Guests may attend select events when guest registrations are available. Guest registrations do not include full conference access.
Wi-Fi access information will be provided onsite by Bellagio and event staff.
Conference Texting & Alice
We collect cell phone numbers for NCUCA conference communications through the Eltropy and FinanceOps texting programs. These programs keep you informed onsite with agendas, meeting locations and times, emergency notices, and general conference updates. Texts can repeat announcements you may have missed, including lunch and break durations and reminders that sessions are about to resume. We also use conference communications to follow up on information needed from attendees.
Alice is a FinanceOps agent engaged to work on behalf of NCUCA. If she calls or texts you about the conference, she is assisting our team. When we need follow-up information from you, we will reach out through Alice first by text and then through a voice conversation.
You are welcome to share information or requests with Alice and ask that they be kept confidential. Let her know when you want information handled confidentially. For questions or requests about Alice or Eltropy, contact art@ncuca.com.
NCUCA does not share or sell cell phone numbers. We collect and use them for conference communication through our Eltropy and FinanceOps programs. We ask vendors not to call a credit union attendee’s cell phone unless that attendee has specifically requested contact on that number. Providing a number for conference updates does not invite vendor sales calls.
Simply reply to any conference text message you receive from NCUCA if you need to reach a board member. You can also reply with a conference question or request for assistance.
Code of Conduct
NCUCA is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive conference environment.
All attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and guests are expected to:
- Treat others with professionalism and respect
- Support constructive discussion
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
- Comply with venue policies
- Respect differing viewpoints
- Maintain a professional atmosphere throughout all conference activities
Participants who violate these standards may be removed from conference activities.
Concerns should be reported promptly to conference staff.

Our meal selections accommodate all diets by default. You are welcome to share dietary preferences when registering so the event team can plan with your needs in mind.
