Application to Exhibit or Sponsor at the NCUCA Conference
In support of our mission, “to be the premier credit union industry organization providing information on current and relevant credit union issues,” all prospective exhibitors and sponsors are required to complete the application below for consideration to exhibit or sponsor at the conference.
Exhibitor and sponsor participation is by approval only. The number of sponsor exhibitors is limited, and all applications are reviewed by the NCUCA Vendor Committee to ensure business partners are appropriately vetted and to maintain a balanced variety of sponsors relative to credit union attendance and venue capacity.
General exhibitor and vendor floor passes are available on a limited basis and may sell out as space constraints are reached. Lower-tier sponsorship options will sell out first, with higher-tier options following, subject to availability. Exceptions may apply for single ticket purchases or due to venue limitations related to wall or floor space.
All participation is available through approved sponsorship opportunities only. Sponsorship options listed on this website are subject to availability and committee approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or attendance. Speaking engagements do not provide priority consideration in the sponsorship or exhibitor approval process. All speakers intending on promoting their product or gaining business leads for industry business purposes, must register for the conference.
Blended booths representing multiple companies or products are not permitted.
In cases where financial limitations prevent full conference attendance, the committee may, at its discretion, review applications and approve limited participation through the Welcome Reception or Pre-Conference Events at a reduced registration fee.
Subsequent to your application and Vendor Committee of the NCUCA board review, you will be contacted by our conference committee with confirmation of approval or denial to sponsor/exhibit. If approved, you will be contacted by a Vendor Committee board member, with specific payment link instructions for payment unique to your organization. After confirmation of payment success through the provided payment portal and signature of vendor agreement through docusign, you will be routed to our Event Management Company, Elevated Meeting Solutions, who will take care of all of your post registration and custom NCUCA service needs unique to your sponsorship level to allow for your organization to be well prepared for exhibiting. Elevated will be your conference contact from that point forward.
