What we are doing…

For the Conference

We’ve created some unique and specific cleaning and health safety protocols for the 2020 NCUCA conference to ensure it not only met CDC guidelines but it added a significant improvement to the overall conference experience.

Bellagio’s Seven Point Safety Plan:

NCUCA rooms will be located in a non-smoking, dedicated area with direct access to the conference with minimal contact (2 – 3 minute walk). 

Added Dedicated Space For Vendor Exhibiting & Indoor / Outdoor Meals & Welcome Reception

Bellagio has added new rooms referred to as the “Monet” rooms; rooms 1, 2, 3, & 4. These more spacious rooms which were added to our existing space from last year, were specifically added to allow for greater distancing for Vendors and employees while adding plated meals. This space helps provide a better more comfortable experience for both Credit Unions and Vendors.

Previously credit union attendees were tabled at 8 – 10 chairs per table. We have changed that to tables with 4 chairs to maximize distancing while still allowing enough space for 200 attendees in the general session room. Social distancing with added space will still allow for continued vendor and credit union participation in our conference.

Speakers will have a dedicated Green Room, to enter the stage and be miked with access to enter from the back of the stage.

Enhancements to Registering

  • Due to added space, we’ve updated Credit Union pricing to $500 per Credit Union Attendee. Discount Codes are not applicable to updated Credit Union Pricing. Register Here
  • New cancellation policy :
    • $75.00 cancellation fee per credit union attendee applicable. Cancellations after August 1st, 2020, will not be eligible for refunds.
    • $500 cancellation fee per vendor attendee applicable. Cancellations after August 1st, 2020, will not be eligible for refunds.

Our Promise To You

The president of NCUCA has done two site visits with him and his family to ensure the safety and cleaning protocols were above and beyond CDC and Credit Unions expectations. Additionally, several planning sessions, onsite and offsite, have occurred with our conference management company, Elevated Meeting Solutions, and Bellagio management team to maximize our space while also competing with many other conferences such as a large automotive conference, all while with distancing and safety guidelines in place.
