Table Availability: Limited inventory of hotel-provided tables will be available at no cost for vendors who request them. Once those tables are fully allocated, we will continue selling booth space at the same price, but vendors will need to use the table built into their booth design, as outside tables cannot be brought in due to union rules.
Register Early: To manage limited inventory, vendors should register early. Table availability will be assigned in the order that vendor tickets are purchased.
