The National Credit Union Collections Alliance (NCUCA) Board would like to thank you for attending our 7th Annual Conference. We are excited to bring the industry together while focusing on everyone’s safety and complying with local and national COVID-19 protocol. The following is some important information that we want you to be aware of prior to your arrival:
Mask Mandate:
The State of Nevada requires face coverings (masks) while in public indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status.

We are excited to announce text messaging as our primary channel to communicate conference information. If you want to opt-in for text messaging communication related to the conference and have not provided NCUCA with your cell phone number, please reach out to contact@ncuca.com

Top Golf MGM Preconference Event:
We are excited to kick off the conference by bringing people together for lunch and fun at the Top Golf MGM Pre-Conference Event on Tuesday 10/19/21 at 12:00 pm. Details can be found at: https://www.ncuca.com/golf-tournament/
Complimentary Drinks & Cash Only Bar:
The NCUCA will be providing every Credit Union Attendee with 2 complimentary drink tickets, Sponsored by Allied Collections Services, during the following events:
- Welcome Reception Tuesday 10/19/21 5:00 pm
- Exhibitors’ Display Event Wednesday 10/20/21 4:30 pm
A Cash Only Bar will be set up should you wish to purchase additional beverages during these events.
Bring Business Cards:
There will be plenty of opportunities to network with other Credit Unions and Business Partners throughout the conference. We encourage you to bring an ample supply of business cards to conveniently exchange your contact information with others. Additionally, your business cards can be entered into drawings for a chance to win prizes.
Complimentary Professional Headshots:
The NCUCA will be providing professional headshots sponsored by Eltropy. We are pleased to announce a photographer will be onsite to offer complimentary professional headshots Wednesday 10/20/21 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
